SC1 solution
This concept is a simple system, with real-time measurement and low
cost. The stepper motors take care of the position depending on the
type of gear you want to test and the DC motors, one is responsible
for providing the necessary rpm, and the other works as a brake.Lösungsalternative LA2:
• SC2 solution
This concept is more
stable than the previous one, but it is more expensive and
technologically complicated since it requires extreme quality in its
construction to work properly. In addition, the brake includes
unwanted friction in the process, which complicates the calculations
and thus the veracity of the results.
