As unmanned aerial vehicles offer great potential in a wide
range of applications, they have been attracting increasing
attention in civilian use and research for several years. For
safety reasons, however, it is forbidden to use the airspace
with a drone in the vicinity of facilities such as hospitals,
airports or properties of constitutional bodies.
In order to
be able to take off for educational purposes anyway, a drone
must have a permanent connection to the ground. If this is the
case, it is not considered a flight from a legal perspective.
The first part of this project is the creation of the
automatic system to manage the rope connected to the drone. The
